Editorial narrative

FL100 is a compact woven, metallized polyester netting for the large-scale shielding of high-frequency radiation (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (LF). Our highest shielding professional product for walls, ceilings and floors. This is typically used for ministries of defense, banking houses, laboratories, etc. To purchase a custom length, select the 4.26 ft wide fabric and choose the desired quantity—each unit represents 1 foot in length. The total fabric will be cut as one continuous piece unless you request otherwise. Order quantity: This product is cut according to your specifications. Grounding: Electrically conductive. Can be contacted and grounded to shield electric fields (LF). Please find corresponding components under "Grounding". A recommendation here is difficult because this depends on the application. Please ask us! Application: Floor, Wall interior, Ceiling Field type: HF (High frequency electromagnetic fields), LF (Low frequency alternating electrical fields) Ecology: Normal Color: Metallic Technical Data Width: 4.26 ft Length: By the foot Attenuation: 98 dB Weight: 90 g/m² Material thickness: 0.08 mm Color: Gray / Brown Tensile strength: 90 lbf Materials: Polyester, copper, nickel Surface conductivity: 0.01 ohm (square resistance) Processing In case of processing as an intermediate wallpaper, for glueing we recommend a commercially available dispersion glue. The wall and the backside of the material are coated with a paint roller. Insert the material wet on wet, fix it manually (with disposable gloves) and use a gummed roller to get a crease-free surface. Work quickly and strip by strip only, so that the dispersion glue does not dry. A crease-free bonding is only possible on perfectly plane surfaces. Further the material can be laid loosely, e.g. under floor coverings or can be stapled, e.g. in drywall constructions. Always overlap the single strips, so that they connect electrically for grounding.
